Stock rims + 31x10.5x15 + 4" lift = Tire Rub?

Hi all, Just had 4" BDS lift installed and put on a set of 31x10.5x15s on the stock rims and now at full lock left turn the wheels rub. Based on what i've read, a lot of lifts cause this and the solution is new rims or spacers. Just wondering if anybody else here experienced this - as it's not really mentioned specifically as an issue with similar upgrade. My shop "modded" (read re-bent) the track bars to keep them attached, would that be an issue that might be contributing? Guess the short term solution is don't turn wheels to full lock, but wanted to get your thoughts.

Is it rubbing the body or spring?
You shouldn't have any rub issues with a 4" lift. Many are running 3" with no rub. The re-bent comment is a little alarming. Just because it fits doesn't mean the geometry is correct. As the trac bar angle increases from horizontal it will actually move the axle to the side instead of keeping it centered.
Take em off and see how it feels.

I went out and drove it again, and it rubs both left or right on hard lock, but only when the truck is moving. If I turn the wheel to hard lock when it's stationary, the tires are at least 1.5 inches from the springs. I'm guessing that there is some lateral movement of the tires (i.e. they're leaning over when turning) that's causing this. It rides great and straight as an arrow with no hands on the wheel. Still think it might be the track bar?
