Shift to neutral without key

Hi all,
My '83 Wagoneer needs to be moved forward in the garage ASAP and the keys are MIA. Any advice on how to shift into neutral without them would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you!

Shift T-case to neutral.

Sounds great... if I had a clue how to do that. I'll have a look around for info on that. Thanks.

First time I've ever looked for a transfer case (probably pretty obvious!). Found that much. Couldn't find any good info about what to do in order to disengage the shift so I can put it into neutral and roll it without the key. Heck, I'm not even sure which one is the right cable. I do have blocks by the wheels. That's about all I've accomplished.

Is there a high and low range shifter? Should be on the trans tunnel at the front of the drivers seat

There is, yep. It won't budge without the key, though. From the little I found online, it seems there's a way to disconnect a cable underneath and shift it manually that way. That's where I'm stuck.

You could pop the shift linkage loose from the lever on the transmission then move it 2 clicks into neutral.

My transfer case lever is locked in HI when in 2WD. It won't shift to neutral or 4 Lo unless it's already engaged in 4WD. You could apply vacuum to the switch to get the transfer case to shift to 4WD then shift the transfer case to neutral after it shifts to push it forward.
