Roof Rake Slide Rails Leaking

I know about the grommets leaking on the roof rack but has anyone had any issues with the slide rails in the middle of the rack directly attached to the roof leaking? It looks like the previous owner used caulk around the screws. Before I put a new headliner in I would like to make sure all areas are sealed.

I believe one of the owners took them off to paint the GW and it may have broke the nice seals. Does anyone know where I can get new gaskets or what people do to assure no leaks from that entry point.

Thanks, Matt

Team Grand Wagoneer or BJ's might have them. I am in the same boat only due to rust on the drip rails due to poor/prep and paint work from the PO. My plan is to look at the seals and "WATER TEST" it with a garden hose while i have the headliner out. Then I will seal any possible issues, this is of course after i grind, weld repair the roof too.

I was planning on the water test also - just wanted to get them sealed up before hand. I know BJ's offers the gaskets and grommets for the outside / carry aspect of the roof rake but not the inside roof rails. Not sure about Team Grand but I look at both those site regulary to dream about what I want.
