pitman arm question

Going from a 6" lift to a 4" this Saturday. Will I be okay with the drop pitman arm that came with the 6" kit or do I need a new pitman arm?

See how it looks. The drag link should be parallel to the tie rod cross bar. If its relatively close you shouldn't have any bump steer, which is the reason for the DPA to begin with.

Do you mind me asking why you decided to go from a 6" to a 4" lift kit? I am looking into installing my first lift kit on my 91 wagoneer and I am undecided on a 4" or 6".

Gante, the wife refused to ride in it if I didn't lower it a bit. So i went down to 4". I like the way it handles now. It was a bit loose w the 6".
Good luck!!
