Need some help

I'm buying a 1988 wagoneer tomorrow, and I am going to put a lift kit and tires on it within the next month, how big of tires can i do with a 4 inch lift ? I wanna put 35s on it

Are you going to cut the fenders? That will be a factor.

Also 35 look great but you need light weight aluminum rims, your un sprung weight becomes an issue with really big tires and wheel setup

I would be down to cut the fenders but if I don't have too I'd like nt too, without cutting anything and just putting the lift, what could I safely put on there ? I'm using this as my second driver so I won't have to worry about driving it all the time, more like a weekend cruiser and for mud pits

Seems like 35 is a stretch and will require you to cut fenders.
