Making some M715 progress Lots of Pics

Slow but sure.

Here are the before shots. I drove it like this for 5-6 years with a 406SBC/TH350 divorced NP200, 5.87gears. Fun, but 4 mpg and rust demons ruined all fun.

Prepped for surgery

The rust demons have been very busy over the years

More to come

Nope, I get real tired of people calling it a Hummer. I'll be painting it back on there.

Looks great.

What are you doing for the rear to level it out after the springover in the front?

The engine is just a GM 6.2 with some extras and a bigger turbo. It should run good.

As far as leveling the truck goes...I have to get it all assembled with the winch and front sheet metal, then take it to Mercer Spring for all new springs. They will tweak it $$$$$$$.

I've been back to work on this project since January. Pulled the 6.2 in favor of a 4BT. Had to strip the frame to bare metal again, due to pitting through the POR15. Finally it is time to reassemble and paint.
