Jeep Junk Yards?

There are several junk yards around the country that seem to have a large concentration of Jeeps, and a few that specalize in nothing but Jeeps.

I know of one in northern Indiana that does nothing but Jeeps, but I lost the name and address...

Anyone care to list the name/address and/or phone number for their favorite Jeep parts salvage yards?

How about the ones that have parts we can use, like Ford yards for T-18 Transmissions, ect...

JeepHammer- the one in northern IN your thinking of was Jep Acres. It was bought out by a guy named Zack and is now in Toledo, OH under the name of Z&M Jeeps and is listed in the vendor section at your favorite place- IFSJA.org

If it helps any, I've been to Zacks place in Toledo, almost everything is indoors and pretty clean. He's got lots of stuff still in trailers, so I don't know if he even knows for sure what all he has, at least as of a few months ago anyhow.

There is one in Oklahoma: Sooner Jeeps, but I don't recommend them. Back when I had my YJ, I requested a pass side rear D35 axle shaft. They first sent me a driver side front TJ shaft and I sent it back and then they sent a XJ shaft!

Check Car-part.com and look for common Jeep parts in your area... gives you a good idea of who has a a large inventory.

J & W Auto Wreckers in Southern California is very good. They have a good web site, they are helpful on the phone, and they guarantee their parts. Check 'em out.

J & W Auto Wreckers is in Northern California, not Southern. They are just north of Sacramento in Antelope.
They have the parts, but by no means are they cheap or even reasonable on prices, they will "rake you over the coals". I try to stay away from them all together!
