frame warpage or motor mounts ?

hi i got a 76 j10 with a il6 4.2 258 and the truck seems to be sluffing on the front drivers side pretty bad i mean i measured bothe sides driver and passenger side and the drivers side seems to be 2 inches shorter, i checked the mounts and the drivers side was waaay down and passenger was way up.

I also looked underneath where theres those rubber blocks on the frame on both side and it seems like the drivers side frame is higher up compared to the passenger side which was lower to the axle.
