is this a ford or AMC 360? what to do next?

I have a line on this engine locally:

Ford /AMC 360 5.9 ltr. from 1972 Jeep ...never bored ..needs rebuild
Block ## 3195528 ....Heads #33220502-2 ....Intake manifold 3195530-c

I am wanting to do a nice rebuild and stuff it into my J200 but then I'm unsure what trans & Tcase to mate it with as I'm sure the current running gear won't likely be up to the job. recommendations guys? I'm not likely to rock crawl with this but some Florida Muddin' and trail riding isn't at all out of the question

Those are not Ford part numbers, so you have an AMC engine. I wish I could help more, but it's been years since I messed with the old AMC engines, now if it was a ford 360 I could tell you a tone of stuff about them.
Ford part number example: C1AE-9425-B (390 FE intake)
