Doors

The doors on my Cherokee are sagging terribly. What part of the hinges are broken and how can I fix them? It looks like bushings and pins but I'm not sure what the issue actually is.

Also the bolts to even remove the hinges are STUCK! We went to remove them with an impact and a torx bit and we twisted the bit...how should I get these bolts out?
