Body rust questions & Dynamat questions

Before asking my question let me first give you a starting point so to speak. My dad bought my 74 Cherokee when I was 8 years old. It's more a member of the family than it is just a ride. That being said I've finally brought it out of the back yard where it has been sitting for the past year and started working on it. I would like to restore it with a few extras. That being said, I have some body rust, not to bad, and I'm going to repair it. What rust protection have you used in the past that has really worked? What kind of undercoating would you reccomend? Last question, the interior of the jeep has always been a little loud. Has anyone used any Dynamat and if so what were your thoughts?
