Blinkers wont work.

Please help with a problem.
My blinkers will not work. Fuse is blown in turn signal slot. Hazards work fine. Fuse blows when key turned on and without using blinkers. There is 11.5 V present at the turn signal fuse panel. No obvious corroded wires under hood - haven't got to them all. PO wired a 2G battery cutoff wire and switch to the dash - that I have removed.
Any ideas?

try removing the flasher and see if the fuse blows with it out. you should also check to see if you are grounding out. You can check that with a meter.

Have you checked the blinker fluid? You can get some new fluid from this site:

Tried to get the blinker fluid...sold out. On recheck, level was ok fluid a little dark.

Anyway, jmw72, how do I look for grounding out with meter?

Thanks
