AMC 360 Freeze Plug

hey guys my 360 has popped a couple of freeze plugs an one of them is rite behind the motor mount om can anybody tell me an easiar way than having to take the motor mount off to replace it thanks

The "easy" way is to get the rubber replacement with the nut in the middle, but it may be too thick to fit in unless you lift the motor a bit and loosen those bolts, but not all the way.
