Advice on a Grand Wagoneer

A friend of mine is looking for a Grand Wagoneer, and happened across this:
'86 Grand Wagoneer

It looks like it's been repainted, and has a 6" lift and new pocket flares. 78000 KM sounds really, really low for that age-we don't know if it's been rebuilt, or just a garage queen.

Anyways, what should we ask and look for when we go look at this thing next week? Comments on it?
