87 Grand Wagoneer lights on no one home!

I just purchased my woody real cheap, and I'm wondering where to begin? The head lights will turn on but I can't get the dummy lights or anything else to light up. Tried jumping it.... It won't begin to show any signs of life when the key is turned to the on position. Where should I begin to trouble shoot?

The guy I purchased it from said that he checked all of the relays, and that it stopped running when he tried to put the driver's side window down. This is a weird one....

Any help pointing me in the wright direction would be greatly appreciated.
