84 Grand Wagoneer 4X4 light switch?

I'm tring to get the 4X4 light to work and can't find the dang vacuum switch for it. anybody know where they put it?

Assuming that you have a Qtrack, the switch is in the glovebox. These sometimes fall through,so if you don't see it,look behind the hole

This is on a 84 GW with the selector switch just under the dash. Somewhere there is a vacuum operated switch that turns on the indcater light in the dash and that is the switch that I'm looking for. Thanks

The vacuum switch runs the fork motor on the transfer case. The light is run from a poppet switch above the fork rail. In order for the emergency drive light switch to activate, the shift rail must move to the lock position. You need to check to see that the emergency drive motor is working, there is power going to and from the light switch, and power going to the light.
