Man this is a seriously nice job! What headers are those? Custom made? I am debating an LS driveline for the wagon. Will those clear with a driver drop t-case etc?

I very much hope you get to enjoy this fantastic truck in the parade, and glad also that you finally got a respite from some of the pain.

Looking great as usual.

They are OBX shorty headers constructed of high quality polished SUS-T304 stainless steel and CNC machined 1/2" thick flanges.

Quick side note:

Today, I picked up a new front kingpin Dana 70 axle housing along with new 35 spline chromoly inner axle shafts. It is a passenger side drop as well. It will go perfectly with the Dana 80 rear axle I picked up years ago.

This combination of massive strength is now slated for my Willys Wagon Build Part II.

Once my Gladiator is completed, the Willys Wagon will be back on the front burner. And this time I'm taking it to a whole new level. Stay tuned friends...

Geez, can't wait for this one! And I thought mine was somewhat overkill.

Confirmation Day!!

The Gladiator Tribute electrical bypass surgery is officially complete and it's now time to close her up. All tests were successful. Today I took it off life support and restarted the heart with one quick turn of the key. It fired right up. A thing of beauty.

So now it's FINALLY time to install the dash, seats and doors for the last time.

My wife and I are going for our first drive to celebrate!!! Sushi!!

The dash is back in for the final time.

Next is to install the steering column and plug in the remaining components. The center console is also being completed. The list is very short now. Some things will be done after it is on the road.

Almost ready for that true maiden voyage.

The steering column is in!

I know this isn't that important, but for me every small step toward completion is a big deal. It means that I am one step closer to achieving a very challenging goal in spite of all the major pain and endless medical challenges.
