2003 TJ Signals/Tail Lights (Rear)

Help.... My 2003 Rocky Mountain Jeep rear right turn signal is possessed by the devil... It's going at triple speed on my dash, the front right works at triple speed and the rear as well, I changed the bulb in the back... with the correct bulb and all... the left hand turn signal is at normal speed and fine... What do I do? Change the socket? Is it a relay? Anyone Know?

wrong section, but probably a pinched wire or the trailer harness is shorted.
