1978 J10 from Holland

A question from overseas: Holland!
I just bought a 1978 J10 with AMC 360,
He is completely standard and I am busy building it up, the motor runs but that's al,the driveline, interior etc needs a total restauration.
The bodywork is the only thing that's OK.

But my 2 questions (for now) are:

1. I've got D44's, what is the usual/standard gear ratio for a '78 J10?
(the ID-plates on the axles aren't there anymore..)

2.I want to lift it 6inch (saw a kit at rusty's).
It comes with 4inch leafsprings and 2inch blocks.
Is there anything I have to adjust when I install this kit?
(drive line?)

I drove an YJ for 8years and I installed a SYE in it, but I can't find anything about it by a FSJ.

Tips and tools are more than welcome!

I will post some pictures later!!

greets from Holland!
Guido

when you lift it that high def have to add shims for driveline angle correction. also dropped pitman arm to no bumpsteer. i believe 78 had 3.55, 3.73 or maybe even 4.10 as an option. and as usual pics or it didnt happen.
