1974 2D cherokee vin (body) location?

Hi,

Found the numbers on the frame, passangers side front but haven't been able to spot the other plate inside the cabin..

Usually those plates have been near windshield @ dash on every american cars i have owned so far, but cant fnd it there now, so.. where should i start to look for it?

Also, wondering if any one knows where to find missing light bezel on the drivers side?

Under the hood, driver's side, on the firewall.

The bezel is widely known as a pie plate. There's no aftermarket source. That grille is popularly known as the "rhino chaser" or "rhino" grille, and it's not original to your truck. Check eBay - probably expensive.

Also, how do you know it's a '74? There was no wide track Cherokee in 1974. Post your VIN.

I have two, other one isnt widetrack just 2d cherokee. Thanks for the info.
