1968 wagoneer speedometer stuck at 20mph

Any ideas as to what could be causing a speedometer stuck at 20mph. If it's the speedometer itself, how can I fix it? Or where could I find a new/rebuilt one OEM or aftermarket.
TIA

something is obviously froze up. your speedometer cable goes from the dial to the transfer case and is sort of a square line inside it that spins around as u go faster. not sure what it could be but it wouldnt hurt to get a new cable ran if its frozen
