put it this way. carrol shelby put it best when he said "torque wins races and horsepower sells cars"

keeping that in mind if you look for the specs of my engine it makes 355 HP and 405 TQ
now those numbers are impressive yes but compared to the new vette that only has 400TQ i have it beat

from the corvertte website coupe:
Engine: LS2 6.0L V8
The 6.0L V8 engine generates 400 hp at 6000 rpm and 400 lb.-ft. of torque at 4400 rpm.

All nice and clean. Looks good. Did it all fit in easily? I want to do the chevy V8 swap but am a little hesitant at all the wiring and stuff need to be done.

yea same here....i hate wiring theres so many engine choices to. I was thinking a dodge engine....a v10 in a mj would be amazing...!!!! but clearance eh. we can dream. I had that ls1 i was going to put in but its easier stroking it. Maybe once all my medical stuff settles down i'll buy another v8 engine and plop it in !

engine mount was a one off piece my dad and i had to fab up.
as for the rad it was a piece of cake!
just had a factory 4 litre rad and took it to a rad shop and had them make it into a 4 core rad and had them add a filler neck
