Turn signal and brake light question.

When your, say left turn signal is blinking, are both bulbs in the housing blinking? Or just one bulb in the housing? Same with the brakes, do both bulbs illuminate? Or just one or the other? I'm still not getting any brake lights, but I have running, hazards, and blinkers. Both bulbs blink with hazards.

Thanks!

Joey

Got it working! Come to find out the problem was under the dashboard. The wire from the brake light switch goes into a plug attached to the steering column. When I disconnected and reconnected that plug they started working. Must have been a bit of corrosion.
