You can pick up ax15's fairly cheap... But thanks for all your advice and info! But can anyone else back this up? Is the ax15 a direct swap? It the t-case the same spline and everything? I just want a second opinion. Thanks.

You mentioned a transfer case, if this is a 4x4? Novack has a bunch of good info on spline and compatibility. I had a AX15 swap done on my 2 wheel drive and I am very happy with it!

No, the spline counts are diff.

You will need the tcase that goes with the AX15 (23 splines).

The BA10 has 21 splines.
