Steering column disassembly

Hey guys im having a little trouble acessing the turn signal arm on my steering column, my turn signal arm is loose and feels like something is jammed up or broken inside so i want to pull apart to diagnose the problem, i have pulled the steering wheel but cant figure out how to get past the steering wheel lock, any help would be appreciated, here is a photo of where im at
