Great Build.

Just a quick question, is that engine going to produce vacume for that break booster, or does booster not need vacume?

It has a vacuum pump driven off the timing belt.(and for all other vacuum accessories).

this gap gets better, but its going to take a lot of work to sit flush.

But then look at a US OEM fender, you can see that its many times better quality in the stamping.

All sorts of rippled and nasty looking:

this is the upper header bolt that you want to duplicate:

Once again you want to make a 97+ upper mount for the 96 fender, and then you want the lower 96 mount.

Also, this is what your bent over support looks like after modifying it to clear the 2500 header.

What year is your CRD? I'm swapping an 05 CRD into my rover right now. It was an auto so I'm trying to figure out what to do on the ECU side.

So I have 2 issues, manual trans and immobilizer. I can't find any tuners that are willing to work on this ECU. I suspect they just don't know how.

I don't think they imported a 2.8 manual trans liberty into the US. But a UK ECU might work.
