OM617 transplant wiring question

I am installing a om617 MB engine into my Jeep Comanche. I would like to know what others have done about the stock ECM and TCM wiring in their MJ. I would like to remove all the wiring from these both in cab and under the hood. I would like to "clean it up" if you know what I mean. My Comanche had the 4.0 L6 with the AW4 transmission. I removed them and bought the AX15 with the external slave, a 1985 OM617 and the adapter kit from Mercedes diesel.com (Koch enterprises) currently working on the engine mounts. I just want info on the wiring mods I want to do. Any info would be much appreciated. I have looked over these forums until I got bug eyed and couldn't find the information I was looking for.

I'll go out on a limb and say very few if anyone here can help you. Maybe in the subsection linked here: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f19/ but somewhere like Pirate 4x4 could probably help you on something like this more than on JF.
