mine was the same way. check ur flapper valve. i just wiggled mine a little and it worked. it blew air but the heater core was bad so it was kinda pointless lol... it was a long winter.

no it doesnt even blow on defrost. It used to only blow on defrost but i found a vacume leak so than it worked but than i left it sit for a couple months now there is no air blowing from anywhere. I just installed a new radiator if that would have anything to do with it. and no i havent installed a cd player recently.

It sounds like you have no power to the Blower and also no power to the flapper valves........id pull the controll assembly and make sure the plug is still connected properly...also check the blower fuse under the dash

Does it ever get warm/hot after running awhile.....if it takes awhile than likely your thermostat needs replaced, also you heater core may be plugged, that can easly be flushed as well.

Iv had it running for about 10 min and its still cold air coming out. Maby il try running it longer to see if it is ther thermostat and if that doesnt work il take out the heater core and clean in out.

Could be the vacuum valve on the heater (under the hood) isn't getting vacuum to open it?

There is a water flow valve in the engine compartment in the heater hose. They tend to stick shut. Either replace it if you have vacuum there or open it manually and plug the vac line for the winter.
