3 miles. I only use the factory stat #83501426. Used Stant Super Stats and 3 of my Jeeps would take forever to warm up.

Ya something is a little weird then still. Not getting past 1/4 mark when driving.

And I put in the Napa (made by stant) 195 thermostat.

I think there may be a bit bigger electric problem at play here.

I will NEVER use one of those again after changing out all 3 of the ones I did install for exactly the same reason.

well if it does not resolve itself i might just spent another $5 and change it out again.

Except when i did it the bottom bolt sheared off
But was able to get it out with a pair of channel locks. THANK GOD. was not wanting to bull the radiator off.

Factory stat is more than $5. Don't waste your time/money on another stant.

How hard is it to take off the front grill and plastic around the headlights?

What to try and spay paint them.
