MJ Swap

I have an 88 MJ 4.0 5 speed that needs a lot of work but has good body and a 92 XJ H.0. 5 speed that is in very good shape mechanically but worn body. I'm debating swapping XJs engine,AX 15 ,non CAD dana 30, bucket seats, windshield, and instrument cluster into MJ.
I love my MJ.

Any Thoughts?

Sounds like a no brainer to me.
Do it.

Ensure that the d30's gear ratio is the same as your MJ rear.

Your '88 is a Renix and the '92 isn't, so you'll probably need to swap more than you think, but it shouldn't be too hard. I'd do it.
