An MJ Dana 44 for a TJ?

i'm seeing a dana 44 from an mj selling in my price race but wanted to know where you would recommend going for the new gears (4.56) and shafts. having a heck of time looking through quadratec and google. the axle would go in my 06 tj turning 33s. thanks
