Miss in my comanche

Can any one tell me what could be causing my miss. I have changed the plug, wires, cap an rotor but still has it. It's on initial take off and once in awhile just driving normal

Before proceeding any further, click on the link in my signature and read/perform posts 1 through 5.

Also check to see if your intake manifold bolts are loose along with checking the integrity of the vacuum tube from your throttle body to the MAP sensor on the firewall.
