Looking at an 88 Comanche...what to look for?

I'm going to see a 4 cyl 5 speed Comanche soon. What should I look for? Guy says no rust. Should I flush all the fluids? What weight/brand of fluid should I use in the: transmission, differential, transfer case, radiator, and engine? How do you drain fluid from everything? The engine should be easy enough to do but what about everything else? Thanks!

EDIT: How do I do a tune-up? How do I grease joints and what joints should be greased? Is there a certain type of brake pads it takes? What air filter should I use? Part numbers are helpful!
