Jeep stud-er

First post, hope you all can help. My jeep has a studering problem. It doesn't happen all the time. I will be driving and the engine seems to loose all power. I can let go of gas then apply pressure again and will have to do this for a few minutes. I can go to a lower gear and give it gas and it will stop until i lower rmp. I replaced the cam shaft sensor, fuel pressure regulator and throttle position regulator. My dad gave it a tune up and replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. Very strange. If anyone has an Idea I'm all ears. When I go uphill it doesn't do it. Only when the RPMs go down then starts to stud-er.

Make sure the intake bolts aren't loose and the CCV isn't clogged, causing blowby to overtake the air getting into your motor!
