Well the jeep starts and drives. But when it gets hot, it has trouble starting... Im thinking temp sensor. CPS tested fine. But who knows with that. My temp gauge is messed up. Only goes to 100 after its been to operating temp.

Well since cleaning a bunch of grounds and connections...the temp gauge reads correctly now. Replaced cap, rotor, plugs, starter relay, ballasr resistor, fuel pump and filter. Going to replace most the sensors little by little(with a 23yr old mj, its gonna need some tlc). Any ideas why when it gets to operating temp...shut off and come back to a crank/no start condition? Trying to get dd reliability with it. What sensors would you knock out first? Thanks for any input.

Forgot to mention.... The ballast resistor did not quiet fuel pump down. It has a loud hum. Faulty part maybe? I read 13 volts on both sides of the resistor...
