Comanche build suspension options

Hey guys. I will be rebuilding my Comanche soon and wanted some input on suspension options.
I plan on keeping things pretty low key. This will be a daily driver.
Basically the changes being made are a flatbed w/ a shell, 4.0 rebuild, fr/rear end gear change, and suspension upgrade.
I Use this truck to drive me and my "life" all over the country, and also use it in the Mountains of Wyoming often.
So I am looking for something that can handle hauling gear, and the mountains, but isn't going to kill me on the highway. Nothing too crazy w/ a lift but I would like to raise it a little bit.
Also any input on a gear change would be great. I am running 3.07 and thinking of going to a 3.55 maybe 3.73. Most likely stick with 375 size tire but may go slightly bigger

Thanks for the input. Should be one bad live out of truck once I'm done.
