'90 4.0 Cranks, won't fire!
Help! Couple of nights ago, pulled in at home, running fine, shut it off. Went to start next morning, just cranked and cranked, would not fire or start. Checked spark with an in-line spark-checker, no spark! Figured bad coil, replace it, still no go. Re-checked spark, again nothing. Where do I go from here? The schematic shows what appears to be two 60A fuses in the "Power Control Center" (Fuse Block?), do they provide the circuit to the ignition control module, and might it be the module itself? Do they go bad like that out of the blue with no warning? Any suggestions would sure be welcome, I'm using my Dad's Ram and blowing my gas allowance!

look into the CPS. I think the 60A fuses are in the 91+ schematic.

Thanks, guys, I was pondering both those items, I'll try tonight and see what I come up with. Have a great day.

I would go with the crank sensor. Was a common problem for a longtime.

I initially replaced the coil, still had no spark, took out the ICM and had it tested, showed bad. Picked up a salvage unit, put it in, still no spark, took it out and had it tested, tested good, so I picked up a CPS, will be putting it in tomorrow, will let ya's know if that does the trick.
