yea, but that being said, dont go there with your heart set on buying it. I would imagine these trucks are a bit rare all over (I got mine totally by chance), but If its not what you want, dont get it. Regardless....good luck

Avaliability is based on where you live. However, they're a strong tranny, so there's lots to be had. Might give some wreckers a call and see what it's going to cost you, as the BA10/5 will die.


Search up on the swap, I forget. It's not hard though.

Final specs:

I6
BA/10
T/case- no idea... wasnt real worried about that one
D35 axle

Decided not to go with it, didnt want to have to mess with the tranny swap. Also noted one important thing (best i could figure) the swap would entale swapping the clutch actuation from the drivers side (BA/10) to the pass side (AX trannies). I can do it, just dont wanna half to.

Also wanted to thank you guys for all your help, its much appreciated.
