i was wondering what guage clusters (what years and what models) would fit in the jeep comanche so i can get rid of that big fuel guage and have a tach. and if anybody had one that would be great i only need the tach. any help would be much appreciated.
Dont waste a single dime on that ba-10, find an ax-15 and save yourself the hassel ,
Order a water pump or pull one off of another jeep (make sure its the right year), i've never actually noticed which way it rotates, but i wouldnt give it another thought. I have never heard of anyone ever having a reverse directional water pump, at least on a 4.0.
this is what i figured as well but what are you supposed to do with that thing on the front driveshaft where it meets the T-case??? I'm not even sure what its called.
Im not sure of the terminology either, but i did not have to replace mine, but if its worn it will need to be replaced. I didnt have the time to try to figure out how replace the u joints on that front shaft, so I sent it to the shop. I had to get my rear shaft cut and balanced, so i figured why not.
does anybody know what kind of oil and what weight of oil i should use for the ba/10 i have napa brand 80w90 oil but i have seen quite a few timesto use some weight of motor oil?
what works best for the ba/10 from those of you who have the ba/10 it is and will be bone stock
i finally got the jeep done and ready for the road, although the heater core i am told is bad it doesnt blow out very hot. so far to date with parts and labor im into the comanche for a little under 3 grand
