86 comanche

So I just bought a comanche and have a couple questions. I know that soon those couple will turn to millions. First, the truck has no catalytic converter in place is a shiny piece of pipe, did they come with catalytic converters in this year or did someone rip it out? Also, does anyone know where I could find an owners manual online or a place I could buy something like a clymers manual.

Some one cut it out, probably because it was clogged. ALL jeep comanche came with a cat, per emissions laws. As for manuals, google "factory service manual for ____ year jeep comanche" What you want is a hard copy, original preferrebly. Unless your desperate i would not advise getting the downloadable versions.
