Your transmission will not work without changing the tail shaft.
Your driveshaft will need to be altered or replaced with a shorter one.

You will need the transfer case linkage.

Your best bet would be to find a donor rig.

You need to make sure your front axle has the same gear ratio as your rear or one will have to be changed. Or both if you don't like either ratio.

This is what I can think of off the top.

Head over to comancheclub.com for all the information on these trucks that you will ever need.

Really, your best bet is to find a donor cherokee or comanche 4x4 5sp that you can just swap everything over from.

Nice looking truck.

Truck contains parts from 3 MJs, 2 XJs, 1 TJ and a dishwasher.

what is the input spline count on the t-case? it'll need to match your 4wd trans. Hopefully it's 23 spline so you can use it behind the AX-15 you'll be getting(your current trans is the very undesirable BA-10/5 Peugeot). what is the gear ratio in the dana 30? It'll need to match the rear axle. or more specifically, you'll want to take this opportunity to upgrade the ratios so your truck doesn't become an absolute dog when you go to bigger tires.
