ZJ-specific mods?

A lot of the threads are about Wranglers, I was just wondering if there are some cheap mods for ZJ's specifically.

I have a '94, she's all stock at the moment. I'm starting college this year so I don't have much to spend, haha.

Thanks!

Just a few that I've done to my ZJ:

Baja offroad/fog lights - $25 at Walmart, Autozone. Really nice lights for the price, put out a lot of light and seem to be built fairly well.

You can find Sylvania Silverstar Ultra headlights on ebay for around $10 really easy, great price compared to $45 at the stores. Their an awesome upgrade from the stock bulbs, they really light up the road!

Seafoam: Not really a mod, but if your engine idles rough, this stuff really cleans it out good. I usually see it for around $10.

I'm sure theres plenty more, I just cant think of them at the moment lol...

Yeah, I'm definitely going to do the fog lights. And I've read about the Seafoam thing, and my Jeep does idle very rough, so I'll give it a try before my next oil change.

I hooked my bajas up to the factory wiring and use them as fog lights. I also have two on the front and back. They do work alright for the money. If you drill the factory rack you can attach the light there. JY charged me like $5 a piece.
In the pic you can see how I used them as fog lights and how I used the factory rack as a light rack.

Also, a V8 tie rod is bigger. Another JY option. Grabbed a sound bar out of a cherokee and will add that soon. Also, grabbed some hood vents out of a Grand Prix to make my ZJ look like the 5.9 and help with heat when offroading

that sounds like a good plan. i just ordered mine and i got some bigger springs and some wheel spacers. my goal is to have my 33 by 12.5 tires that i got for cheap on by may. they will fit on with the bb but not much flexing is going to happen

haha yeah. i'm broke right now. i think i'm gonna stick with either 31 or 30 and probably not bother with the spacers. let me know how yours goes, take pics of the whole process.
