vents

So air will come out of everywhere but the vents. Can hear the door moving but it goes from floor to defrost to a mix of those. I pulled the glove box and bezel and it appears the lines from the control to the connector and on to the box are in tact, connected, and not brittle. It makes a clunk sound when switching from defrost to vent but never actually changes the flow. Any thoughts?? Thanks guys!!

I'm having the same issue. I've seen some threads saying sometimes the blend doors get screwed up. Think I'm gonna try getting behind the dash tomorrow and see if I can find anything wrong. If I figure out the issue I'll let you know.

Mine was a broken connection off the actuator for the "vent" door. I put it together and ran a screw into it like I read on another forum.... that worked for a time or two. Now it doesn't work again.

Ya found this thread on another forum and definitely sounds like it's just one of the arms. Also sounds like it's a pain in the *** to get to. But if that's all it is it's definitely worth doing.http://www.wranglerforum.com/f5/97-t...ay-224720.html
