speaker "pods"

So I found 2 of these at a flea market. Not sure if any of the speakers even work, but i figured for 8 bucks, even if i have to put speakers in them they're well worth it. As far as placement, I have a 98 TJ so i'm thinkin attatch them to the roll bar somehow, sort of like a sound bar, or on top of the wheel wells. Not sure yet, but the backs are flat so a lot of possibilities. I'll post more pics when i mount them. Ideas welcome !!!!!!!

If you find another one could always mount them to the angled pare of the fender flare
