Rigid Bikini Top

I want a rigid (hard) bikini top for my 04 TJ. I looked on line and only found two piece hard tops. I don't need the back half (Live in Vegas so have no need) But, like the shade/rain protection of a bikini top. I have a soft top but it is such a pain to put on. I figured a rigid one I could just slide on and use the holes in the roll bars to bolt it in place.
Has anyone ever seen someting like that for sale or made one themsleves?

Thanks,
Pete

User JScherb (I think thats spelled right) has fabricated safari tops that are just hard tops where the side panels are removable, but that was hardcore custom fiberglass work. Thats all know of though. Sorry

I've been thinking about trying the same idea as you. I've already got a two-piece hard top though, so I've just been trying to figure out a way to safely mount just the front half, possibly with a second option to make a solid half cab out of it. I just want it for those stretches where you know you're going to get rain for days at a time, and want something a little more waterproof overhead than the usual bikini top.

Sadly, it would take a lot of years of practice before most of us could get anywhere near the talent level that man has.

Isn't a bikini top essentially just a rectangle?
Why not buy a sheet of plastic, make a cardboard template, cut it out, and bolt it on? or cut slots in it and run velcro straps around the roll bar. It'd be like a big cutting board on your roof.
