You guys have lost your nuts in this fiasco. Just cut the dam things off, not like you can't get another set to replace them tiny acorn nuts!

Any ideas what to do if you do knock the bolt out? I closed my door this morning and had the bolt drop down and protrude out the bottom of the bottom hinge.

Left a nice hole in the top of the hinge. To keep the other hinge from holding all the weight I currently have a bolt stuck through the new hole in the top hinge down into the bottom part but that was just my quick fix

Get welder, weld hinge, you will now have 2 hinges supporting the weight of the door. Oh and weld the nuts too, don't want to be dropping those!
