nuts stuck in door

so the last fall i got a used 01 tj to help me get through the snow. now that the weather is getting nicer i want to take my doors off, but when i went to attempt it i discovered that the acorn nuts on the bottom of the hinges were broken off. not the whole nut, just the half that you grip with the wrench, the threaded part is still on the bolt. is there any way to get the bolt out now? could i go to the hardware store and get some bushings and pins, cut off the old hinge pins and weld on the bushings? any help would be appreciated.

X2.... But if there is something to grab on to try some vise grips maybe, And try to keep your nuts out of the door, never tried it but it sounds like it might hurt

Switch to briefs...

Seriously though, is there enough of the nut left to get a pair of channel locks or pliers on there?

Can you take a picture of them?

With a title like that you think any body is going to come here to help?

I would try either vice scripts or take a Dremel (or the like) with a grinding bit and try to grind flat 2 sides and use a crescent wrench to turn them off.
