No heat

Have a 1996 jeep grand cherokee laredo and I when I put the heat on I can feel hot air come out for about 20-30 sec and then it gos to cool air. Also for the longest time in hear a air noise from the pass side like its recycling or something.. Easy fix or???

sounds like a blend door problem.

I tried the blend motor door and I even blew out the heater core. It's a little better but the same results. HOT HEAT blasts for about 20-30 seconds and it gets cooler. Checked the vacuum hoses and no leaks.

Tried the same thing in the video. Plastic in good shape and tried it manually. Also blew out the heater core and checked the vacuum hoses. Same results

Well well well,I have to say when I said I "flushed" the heater core was a bit of mis-spoken. I took both heater hoses off and ran a garden hose through each side a couple of times alternating. Do I have heat??? Well if I want to keep a roast hot on my dash I wouldn't have a problem. Thanks for the help from all.
