Awesome!

Definitely making these tomorrow. Gotta love the inexpensive additions. Thanks!

Would love to see an aluminum version of these. Would you be making/welding them from scratch or do you have another idea?

I LOVE it!! I'll be doing this within the next day or two! Great idea. I've got a ton of black plasti-coat. Wish I had a bit if herculiner left over. That against my herculiner tub would definitely keep them from moving around or getting scratched up!

Sorry for the hijack.... But how did you run your wiring? It wouldn't have been consealed enough, in my eyes, to run the wires all over the place back there with the tub herculined. Mine is under driver seat. I made a little bracket that mounted under the rear to bolts that sat about 1-1/2" taller so it would sit flat. Would like to see how you did yours.

Ok, now back to our regularly scheduled thread....

I can't wait until I have time to do this mod. I needed more storage in my 99 TJ, this is the perfect solution. Thanks, guys.

the paint works really well. A jeep tech told me to use it and 400 grit sandpaper. Nothing lower. I didnt listen and used a much lower number and now I have deep scratches in one fender but the others look great.
