I'm thinking the pictures should have the disclaimer
"Closed course. Professional driver. Do not attempt this at home."

I contacted Mopar and they are adding this to the owners manual.

well don't you see, the concept behind the jeep tattoo is that nobody can say "your car" because now you can give them the "jeep facepalm" (or "jeep slap")

so you say " This entire mod including drying time should take about 33 minutes.* The time it will take to wear off will take about 15 minutes in your pocket" but how long will it take to wear off if I hang my keys from a clip on my belt loop, or does carrying the modded key that way increase the DW problem and reduce my gas mileage more... I'm confuseddo I need to use 2 or 4 jack stands when I lift the jeep before starting...THANKS for the help and laughs

From my experience, 5 jack stands are ideal. About the DW issue...thats still something I haven't resolved but I did notice that it got better when i changed my exhaust oil and when i spray some PB blaster on the rotors. Just my $0.02...

I hear changing the muffler bearings helps with the DW

After performing this mod, make sure the name "Jeep" faces out when you put the key in the ignition switch. This will confirm to your passenger that they indeed are riding in a Jeep and not a cheap imitation.

Why even bother throwing money into the weak worthless stock key? As soon as you put on a larger keychain it's going to snap and leave you stranded and all your wheeling friends are going to hate you.

Use an Explorer key or at least one from an XJ!
